EProcurement is intended to provide enterprise-wide procurement capabilities, such as managing purchase requests and contract awards, for Defense Logistics Agency acquisition and procurement users. The system is to replace multiple legacy procurement systems to reduce redundancy and cost, and to standardize a contract writing and administration methodology across the Department of Defense.
