Jaspers is a pirate in Timeless Space in the Oceans Unmoving storyline, first appearing in Shanghai. Formerly under Donaly's command, he typically worked with Feder, a co-worker from a time-jumping ship's programming team. Jaspers is not actually very smart, but rather got the position of lead programmer because his father ran the company. Once Bun-bun and Blacksoul fell into the Oceans Unmoving, he and Feder began collaborating with Lady Noga. After Feder shot Honest Stu, Calix killed both Feder and Jaspers by throwing axes into their heads.
