Kouingan is a dojutsu kekkei genkai . Kounigan grants the user incredible eyesights and larger visual field which enable them to see fast-moving objects and, they can also anticipate an opponents's movement based on the slightest movement in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept similiar to Sharingan but cannot see chakra flow. Kouingan cannot be obtained normally, only those who are worthy of its power. The users who awakened Kouingan can only have one Kouingan on either side of its eye (left or right eye), users cannot obtained two Kouingan at the same time on their both eyes.
