ROSE graduated in the top 3rd of her class from the Military Academy at the age of 20, and immediately entered into flight school. Once in flight school, she qualified for fixed wing, rotary, and space capable training with remarkable scores. Despite her more or less average upbringing, she has since graduated flight school and entered active service. A suburbanite most of her life, Rose is tougher than she may look at 5'4", and tends towards a hard nosed approach to life. Not afraid to be blunt with superiors in the EDC, she's been noted for her honesty while never having run afoul of a commander to date.
