Teh'Jar II was a planet located within the Teh'Jar system of the Outer Rim Territories. The Galactic Empire had begun to enforce a high technology ban on this planet. The legendary Um'Tal or "Sky Stone" was believed to be located on this planet and was searched for by the Xenobiologists Dr. Angrail Ryhl and Nardo Sau.
