Vechkov Prague is an Ungstiri private investigator who once worked for Lord Fagin, who hired him to shoot John Falkenberg. He traveled aboard Sanctuary before returning to normalspace in the year 3000. He served as a political overseer on Ungstir before he suffered a debilitating stroke in 3006.
