Trevor Lawrence appeared in Coronation Street in November 1971 as Knocker, a skinhead, who with his mates caused problems in the Rovers when they called in prior to a Weatherfield County FC match. He also appeared in Doomwatch, The Main Chance, Z Cars, Doctor Who and the 1974 Hammer Horror film Captain Kronos - Vampire Hunter.
