The All Terrain Shock Enforcer was manufactured during the Rise of the Empire era for the Galactic Republic as standard-use walker as eventual replacement for Rothana Heavy Engineering's standard walkers, which were tactically weaker than Cybe Drives' walkers. Following the fall of the Galactic Republic, the Galactic Empire started fielding the walker as standard-use walker, being heavily armed and terrifying on the same time, the walker being able to unload electricity upon others.
