Lieutenant Bilecki was a Starfleet officer who served aboard Deep Space 9 in 2370 under Commander Benjamin Sisko. Bilecki was engaged to a Bajoran resident of the station and her engagement to him was in danger of being broken off when Starfleet was forced to leave following the temporary dissolution of the Bajoran Provisional Government.
