Ichiro Nakada was a terrorist operative, responsible for a sarin gas attack on a subway in Tokyo, Japan. At the time of the House Special Subcommittee's investigation into the Drazen family's vendetta against Bauer Senator David Palmer, Nakada was one of eleven high-value prisoners being held in secret in the Department of Defense's Mobile Underground Detention and Detainment network.
