The clock on the east side of town has broken down, and the Isildra residents are having trouble planning their day without knowing the exact time. The repair requires a clocksmith, and Alex is supposed to take care of the clock, so you are sent by Leon to see Alex. Alex can't leave his post, and it takes some convincing and the mention of Leon for him to be helpful. He asks you to send an apology to Duncan when you tell him the problem with the clock.
