The Hot Rivet Gun is Crunch Bandicoot's clashed weapon in Crash Tag Team Racing. It is a Gatling gun-like weapon with a large clip size of 200 rounds and a very high fire rate. However this is where the strengths of the weapon end. For whilst it does have a very high fire rate and large clip size, its damage is on the low side, it can be really difficult to stop approaching cars with this weapon as one must put a lot of bullets into the cars to destroy them. As such the 200 rounds in the weapon can run out quickly therefore requiring the player to change positions much earlier than other characters would need to. This weapon can be collected in some battle mode arenas by driving into its icon floating in the arena.
