Arem Serrothi is the squadron leader of the Black Talon Squadron. He used to serve in the 144th Fighter Squadron, but was transferred due to rivalry between him and the leader of the 144th. Apart from Lilia Bowen, he was the only officer with any experience in the squadron when it was founded.
