Sherwood Marceau was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy. Holding the rank of Captain, he served as Fleet Admiral Imogene Tsang's staff communications officer for Task Force 11.6. The task force's operations officer, Admiral Franz Quill, did not like him very much. (HH13)
