Black Canary travels to Singapore, accompanied by Wildcat, where they pose as Mr Tate and Miss Crenshaw, Americans who wish to buy all of drug baron Mr Tan's shipments to the USA, flooding the market and eliminating all competition. Mr Tan, who has legendary assassins the Silk Brothers in his employ, is distrustful of them, but after the pair are attacked by some of Tan's enemies, they get a response.
