The Relic of Rukhial was a ancient Precursor artifact left under the crust of Rukhial. While originally buried deep in the crust of Rukhial, after discovery it was thought to be a massive Precursor city, but when the Jigaria gained control of the planet they realized that it was infact a massive starship that had the ability to destroy and entire planet.
