Adam Golbatsi was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. In 1921 PD, he held the rank of Lieutenant Commander and served as the staff operations officer of Cruiser Squadron 96 in the Tenth Fleet, assigned to the Talbott Quadrant. (SI2)
