Anne Marie Weston is the murder victim in The Blackout in the Blizzard. She was strangled by Tariq Grazdani when she uncovered a human trafficking ring that he was running. She was carrying hemorrhagic fever at the time of her death, and passed the contagious disease onto her killer.
