Man with Hooks was a character in the film Final Destination 2. He was an old man who was transporting a metal crate full of plastic arms with hooks down an elevator. When Eugene Dix and Nora Carpenter were preparing to leave Officer Burke's apartment, they saw the man in the elevator. Both of them entered and began their descent, where the man begins to sniff Nora's hair. Eugene clears his throat and the man backs up, with Eugene looking at him with disgust. Suddenly, Nora's phone rings and she drops it. After answering it and learning the man will kill her, she begins to panic, getting her hair caught on a hook.
