Thurso was one of the two inhabited planets of the Loomis System, orbiting its primary jointly with its sister world of Halkirk. Over ninety percent of its surface were covered in water, with countless green archipelagoes spread all over it. Its population was comparibly small, but it had a successful fishing industry. (HH14)
