Joseph Colonial (January 3, 1945, Kingston City - June 29, 2003, Magellan City) was an Arcadian jurist, statesman, and author. He served as the seventh President of Arcadia from December 1985 until December 1989, as a Libertarian Party member. He was married to Eleanor Clinton Colonial and has two children: Jess Colonial, a present Second College Senator, and Martin Joseph Colonial, a newspaper journalist.
