Lincoln Hayes was the 26th Governor-General of New Englia and the former Lieutenant Governor of Aula Province. He is also a doctor and worked at a hospital in Balfour before entering politics. During his 3 terms in office, he presided over an increase in public programs that give help to the poor and elderly. After he left office, he moved to Diego Province until returning back to New Indrala 2 years later to run his foundation. He died on February 28, 2939 after suffering a stroke; he was 77 years old. Hayes is buried in Lucas National Cemetery.
