Freddy is an associate of Jonnie who has, according to Jonnie, 'been playing me for a fool with marked cards'. Jonnie sends Mike to collect some money from Freddy in the mission Show the Money, as he owes money to King Courtney. The player has the chance to kill Freddy if they wait for him to get more money.
