The President of the Visigoth System was the head of government of the Visigoth System. As of 1922 PD, the office was held by Roman Hitchcock, a descendant of a Mesan Alpha line and a member of the inner circle of the Mesan Alignment. He orchestrated Visigoth's part in the Alignment's plan to destabilize the Solarian League and bring the Renaissance Factor to power. (HH12)
