it's highly unlikely (even for wesker) to survive falling in magma and being hit in the face with two rocket launchers. He is dead. Also if you slow the scene where the rockets are going towards Wesker you can see they remove weskers head. Falling in magma, head removed my rockets and a massive explosion. He's dead.
