This item is an improved version of the D2 Cell, made from forcing a chemical reaction upon it. Shurelia herself will never answer questions about it due to being too embarrassing to her, but it's because of a very simple reason: these cells are the ones that make up her skin. The name is a contraction of "Di-Dron Dinoxin Cell".
