The alien Garqaux came to Earth from an unknown planet in order to develop and test his highly advanced weaponry. Gargaux claimed that he had been banished from his home planet and that he intended to use his weapons, once perfected, to conquer it. He joined the Brain and his brotherhood to destroy the Doom Patrol. Garguax is well versed in the advanced technology of his home-planet. His most notorious weapons are the army of androids he called the Plastic Men. The Plastic Men are androids that possesses superhuman strength and resistance to damage.
