When the pencil bloon reaches 10 HP, it starts to draw bloons ranging from yellows to ceramics. The stronger the bloon, the less likely it will be to appear. Regeneration and camouflage properties apply as well. Draws 3 bloons per second. When the pencil bloon reaches 5 HP, it starts to draw bloons ranging from zebras to MOABs. Sacrifice bloons and supercooled bloons are included as well, also with the regeneration and camouflage properties. The stronger the bloon, the less likely it will be drawn. Rounds 50-75: 1 pencil bloon per 5 rounds. Rounds 76-100: 1 pencil bloon per 3 rounds.
