Harm's career as an aviator is in jeopardy because of his long legal career while a mission over Serbia turns into a fight for survival when his wingman's plane is left badly crippled. As this happens, Harm also provides support to Skates who's suffering from panic attacks triggered by flying while back at JAG, Bud, Tiner and Gunny all seek to earn favor with Admiral Chegwidden by getting the Admiral tickets to a Limp Bizkit concert.
