The DHS/DOJ Privacy and Civil Liberties Web Portal, a joint effort among the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and Bureau of Justice Assistance, is a collaborative Web portal that provides access to a wide range of resources and training materials available in the Information Sharing Environment that address privacy and civil liberties protections. Although originally intended for fusion center use, these resources can be easily adapted by law enforcement, criminal justice, public safety, and homeland security communities nationwide.
