Woodlands Walkers are neutral treants wandering around the Lothalor Woodlands in Dragonblight. When you mouse over them, you are given the Image:GossipGossipIcon.png icon indicating that you should ask them for their bark. Some will become enraged by your request and attack. Others will happily hand you some and then despawn.
