Visitors regularly disembark to various worlds, including Chulak and the Aschen homeworld, much as would be done in an airport terminal. Weapons were not allowed in the facility, and those brought through the Stargate are immediately confiscated. Detection grids mark entrances to the Stargate area, where luggage must be inspected if the alarms are sounded. At least one Aschen transport platform sat just beyond the entrance to the terminal, providing instant access to the entire planet.
