The Chishiki Battle Frontier is an area that can only be available in the Post-Game. This isn't available in Pokemon Θ/Σ but in the third version, Pokemon Ι(Iota). There are a total of seven Battle Facilities, six of which specialise in the types that the Gym Leaders & Elite Four didn't use with the seventh being used for Rental Pokemon.
