Horahn is Hajuon's trusted partner. When they first met, Hajuon considered Horahn a tour guide, and Horahn considered him an amateur mountain climber. Soon after, Horahn discovered that he had the powers of electricity, which does not belong to an Oracle. Those powers came in handy in getting he and Hajuon out of many situations early on, such as climbing to the top of Mt. Tsukoah, to retrieve Hajuon's Ice Bow. After defeating Cohh-han, Horahn went with Hajuon to the Oracle of Water's island to discover their final task. There he learned that he was to become an Oracle himself, and become transcedent. Horahn refused, and chose to stay in progressive time.
