Pollard's Barn is a barn conversion carried out by Charity Tate, for her boss Jai Sharma in 2011. He sold the barn to Val and Eric Pollard. Currently only Eric lives there with Cheryl the dog after Val's death. Val and Eric's foster daughter Amy Wyatt previously lived there until 2012 and Alicia Metcalfe and Jacob Gallagher lived there in for a few months in 2013 after Alicia's first marriage to Eric's son David Metcalfe ended.
