The Family Service Center is where, Annie (character) checks for information about her parents. Mrs. Kovacevi answered and not much information was there. Annie went back along with Grace Farrell, Will Stacks, Guy Danlily and Nash. After that she joins them on the trip going to the Stacks Mobile.
