The CENTCOM commander was the leader of CENTCOM, a US military branch. He was secretly a lieutenant working directly under God as a second-tier leader, part of the "Bio Staff" (生物參謀). He was given orders to carpet bomb Raccoon City, and fed news of President Clinton's prepared strike on Umbrella headquarters directly to God, himself. Several months later, he attacked Bǎiduō and Charlie on an aeroplane to the G-Virus-devastated artificial island.
