Gadzooks is David Rain's dragon throughout the series. First introduced in 'The Fire Within' when Elizabeth Pennykettle kilned him as a gift for David. Throughout the series it becomes evident that Gadzooks is one of the the most important clay dragons and theoretically, the reason 'Fire World' existed. He has the ability to shape dark matter.
