The Imperial Tiger-class Armored Assault Tank was a vehicle based on the Trade Federation Armored Assault Tank, but larger in scale and armed with a 125mm rifled gun rather than a traditional laser cannon that was loaded with a Durasteel armor-piercing round. The tank was first fielded during the battle of Tatooine against Hutt paramilitary and guerrilla forces until full deployment during the battle of Grassy Plains in 39,456 ABY. They also served alongside with the Mammoth-class Siege Platform as a support vehicle.
