Henry Carthsbury is a former Prime Minister of Hobrazia and former Leader of the Conservative Party. He defeated Paul Schneider in the leadership ballot of 2639, and succeeded him as Prime Minister when Government was reformed in that year. When the Hobrazian Extraordinary Gentlemen's Club "u-turned" on the Cabinet Proposal of 2653 with their own in 2654 and deposed him, he resigned as Party Leader. He is a strong advocate of free-markets and conservative values.
