Ichigo Hollowfied in a different way than the other Visored. Aizen infected them with a Hollow Virus and Urahara then stabilized them with the Hōgyoku since the virus made their body more like the one of a Hollow. He failed at turning them into Shinigami, though. Ichigo on the other hand regained his Shinigami powers the moment he was about to turn into a Hollow. Indeed, like Kaname Tōsen he differed from the other Visored.
