The Megisiquadruplextron is equal to M(Megisitriplextron,3), using the Hyper-Moser notation M(m,n) for m inside n+2-gon. The term was coined by Aarex Tiaokhiao. In the up-arrow notation, megisiquadruplextron is between \(10 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 15\) and \(10 \uparrow\uparrow\uparrow 16\).
