Giuseppina Pentangeli was a female Human Italian opera singer, considered to be the greatest soprano of the 22nd century. In 2373, The Doctor performed the duet "O, soave fanciulla" with a holographic recreation of Pentangeli. However, the hologram also duplicated her vanity and demanding temperament. The Doctor insulted her when he told her that she was rushing the tempo. She called him an amateur and told him he knew nothing about opera.
