St. Alessa is considered by the Order of Light to be the first martyr burned for her faith by Christian zealots. Born in the small colony town of Boro, she attained the Salvation of God at the age of six, and many miracles are connected to her by surviving records. The greatest of her miracles is the resurrection of her baby sister at the age of seven. These miracles soon drew the jealously of her Christian neighbours who tried to kill her entire family by burning them alive, St. Alessa then begged the Regent of the World that in exchange for the lives of her family member she and she alone would burn.
