The stimulants that are the most likely to cause psychosis are amphetamines and cocaine. Ritalin is the prescribed drug that is most likely to cause the condition. If the condition is caught early, anti-psychotics can be helpful, but in most cases the patient will merely need supportive care and the condition will resolve itself with time.
