The Snake Statue was a prize during the Whacking Day 2013 Event. It is very similar to the Jebediah Statue, but instead of Jebediah standing on a bear, he's whacking a snake with his gun. It is the 5th prize in the Whacking Day Event and costs 3000 Snakes to unlock.
