This is a Creatures 1 and Creatures 2 mutation in either the attention lobe or the concept lobe, and it causes the affected creature to spend their whole lives looking at themselves. They can still learn the words from a computer and kiss-pop, but they generally starve to death. There is no cure or relief for this mutation.
