The Nightmare Ends on Halloween is a fan film by Chris .R. Notarile. Unlike most fan films, Chris's videos use real special effects, and at least one of them features a professional voice actor. Picking up after the events of Freddy vs. Jason (and acting as though Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash never took place), Freddy Krueger is stuck in limbo, between his dream world and Hell, powerless because, once again, Springwood has forgotten about him sometime after his death at the hands of Lori Campbell.
