When the enhancer is in the player's inventory, they will have a 20% increased chance of getting a champion scroll drop for the Champions' Challenge minigame. Since scrolls have a drop rate of 1/5000, the enhancer increase the drop chance to 1.2/5000 (roughly 1/4166). It has 250 charges to start with, and one charge is used whenever you kill a creature that has a chance of dropping a champion scroll. It will disappear when all the charges have been used up.
