The grave of Goshnar is located here. A Pick (use here), a Shovel and a Rope are required to reach the grave and return. Using a Vial of Blood on the gravestone will teleport your character to a floor below the grave. Upon use the blood vial will be emptied and you will need another to enter again, so you should bring more than one.
